Our privacy policy is very simple:

We never share your information, ever.

Your email address is used only to confirm your order, or to contact you in the event we have questions. We do not sell or provide your email address or any other information to anyone. If you wish to receive our newsletter with upcoming sales info and coupons, please sign up using the E-News button link at the bottom of the page.

Payment

We use a secure online shopping cart system. Your credit card information will be transferred in an encrypted form and is only used for that single transaction. We do not save your payment information. We use the Stripe Payment system at Checkout which takes most major credit cards.

Shipping Details

We ship most items via insured USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation which normally takes from 3 to 7 days within the United States. Please allow 1-2 days within the State of Hawaii. Insurance is mandatory on all orders to protect against damage or loss in transit and is calculated at Checkout. We are committed to the reliable delivery of your special items utilizing safe and liberal packaging materials. We occasionally recycle shipping boxes to keep packaging costs lower.

We make every effort to ship your special items within 48 hours of your order. Please allow an extra day or so when ordering over the weekend or holidays. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. You will receive another email notification the day your order ships with the tracking information.

We currently ship to the USA and Canada only.

Free Shipping!

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping within the United States on all orders over $50. Free Shipping will be automatically assigned at Checkout.  The qualifying $50 total must be for merchandise purchased; insurance, taxes or other fees do not apply to the $50 minimum for Free Shipping.

Our Damage Policy

We truly love each and every item in our Just Vintage Christmas shop, and pack our orders so very carefully. In the rare occurrence that your order does arrive damaged, first off, we are so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your damaged package. Please note that we require a photo or two of the damaged product, the outside packaging (with label), and one of the inside packaging. These can be sent to us via our email address on our Contact page. Also, please save the entire order and packaging (all contents and all original packing material) for the rare instance when the USPS requires a physical inspection. Do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and refund.

We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages or missing packages marked as delivered. Please make sure you are shipping your package to a secure and safe location.

Returns

As with most physical "Main Street" antique shops, all of our authentic Just Vintage Christmas collectibles have been previously owned and are sold as-is. We offer vintage items of collectible quality, and most are in excellent to very good condition. We provide good photography and detailed descriptions of all items. Any imperfections are noted, and the piece is priced accordingly. Please email us if you would like to see additional photos, or need more information about any item before placing an order. We would love to help you! All sales are final once shipped.

Customer satisfaction is of prime importance to us. If you feel the item you received is substantially different from our detailed description (found on the Details page for each item), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If we have made a mistake in describing an item or fulfilling your order, we will refund the purchase price of the item upon its safe return in its original condition. Do not mail the item back until we have acknowledged your return request. Unverified returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Prices and Discounts

All prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. As market demand for most items fluctuates frequently, prices do too. We reserve the right to cancel or end specials, discounts and/or promotions at any time. Discounts and coupons cannot be combined.
